52. Where the call for tenders for services solicits a price, the selection committee shall only retain the tenders for services considered acceptable. An acceptable tender for services is one that obtains at least 70 points out of 100 in the evaluation of the quality criterion, the committee restricting its evaluation to the 5 tenders having obtained the highest scores.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the number of tenders for services retained pursuant to the first paragraph is less than 3, any tender for services that obtains at least 60 points out of 100 is also considered acceptable, the committee restricting its evaluation to those having obtained the highest scores in order to select 5 tenders in all.
